- The RWS tenderizer is ideally suited for beef, pork, and poultry. Thanks to its precise blade arrangement, the meat structure is selectively loosened, enhancing tenderness – even in fiber-rich cuts.
- By incising the muscle fibers, cooking time is reduced, ensuring consistent results during short production cycles. Fine cuts promote faster brine absorption, which shortens tumbling times and improves both flavor and juiciness.
