The company Reischl Lebensmitteltechnik was founded in 1991 by Ernst Reischl, at that time still as Vacu-pack Maschinenbau in the garage of his parents' house, the former warehouse of his parents' butcher's shop. He had been involved in the food industry since childhood, so to speak, through his parents' butcher's shop.
After various positions in mechanical engineering - e.g. Krauss-Maffei, HBS BolzenschweiĆsysteme, among others - Ernst Reischl returned to the food industry and joined VC999 Verpackungssysteme AG (Inauen Maschinen AG) in Switzerland.
After four successful and instructive years in Switzerland, he then took the step into self-employment. The focus at that time was on the sale of VC999 packaging machines and associated consumables. Over the years, the range has been continuously expanded through further agencies. Due to the various commercial agencies (includinga. filling machines, smoking and cooking chambers), a holistic view of the topic of meat processing was possible. The symbiosis of technological and technical expertise was then and still is today an important success factor.
