Quality starts with the little things: A clean workplace, a correctly pickled weld seam, clean documentation, right angles in switch cabinet construction. If you don't get the supposedly small tasks right, you will never be able to accomplish big tasks. Absolute precision and quality are essential in the production of complex turned and milled parts and in steel construction.
The same applies to work at the customer's premises: Workplaces are left tidy and clean, and a transparent debriefing together with the customer is a matter of course.
