31.07.2024 - Successful Completion of a Major Project: Chicken & Turkey Production Line
The RLMT team has achieved an important milestone: the first major production line for a large customer has been successfully commissioned. This state-of-the-art facility is specifically designed for processing chicken and turkey and offers the following key features:
• 800 kg container feeding
• Conveyor belt
• 236-needle injector
• Steaker
Additionally, a two-part brine mixing system has been installed, consisting of:
• A brine mixer with high-speed cooling
• A brine storage tank

Holistic Approach to Planning and Implementation
The entire project timeline, from planning to commissioning, followed a holistic approach. We worked closely with both upstream and downstream departments. A particular challenge was to design the facility in such a way that it could continue to operate even in the event of key component failures. Existing machines were seamlessly integrated, and the supply of electricity, water, compressed air, and cooling brine was successfully addressed.
The interplay of all components ensures a smooth production process that meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
